SoMeBizLife Social Media Conference, May 30 in Doylestown PA, Features More than 40 Speakers

More than 40 social media experts will share their knowledge with participants at the second annual SoMeBizLife Conference, May 30 at Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, PA. The conference, themed Discover Your Social Super Powers, features an opening keynote by Mike Maney, head of influencer management at Alcatel-Lucent, a main platform presentation by Lynette Young who has more than 1 million Google+ connections, and a closing keynote by New York Times bestselling author Jonathan Maberry, according to Chuck Hall, SoMeBizLife conference producer.

Participants will have an amazing opportunity to learn from some of the top social media professionals in the greater Philadelphia region, according to Hall. The SoMeBizLife Conference offers a wide range of speakers on many different topics, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest and social media business strategy. With 40 speakers in three general sessions and 24 breakout sessions, participants will have many opportunities to learn throughout the day.

The SoMeBizLife Conference, which stands for Social: Media, Business & Life, is organized into six tracks:

Fundamentals of Social Media, Business-to-Consumer Social Media, Business-to-Business Social Media, Social Media for Nonprofits, Social Media Professionals, and Social Media Entrepreneurship. In each of four breakout periods, participants will be able to choose which session they wish to attend, either focusing in one track for the whole day or mixing and matching based on their interests.

The program will begin with all participants in an opening general session featuring Mike Maney, head of influencer management for Alcatel-Lucent. Maney will share his powerful experiences of local, national and international social networking. Following Maneys presentation, public relations professional Amanda Walsh and motivational speaker and author Jim Donovan will discuss whats changing in social media. Track moderators Cari Sultanik of FulcrumTech, Don Lafferty of Mingl Social, Kim Graziano of At The Table with Kim, Mike Krupit of Novotorium, Rick Toone of Shoot Better Video, and Steve Levine of MSI International will then provide overviews of their tracks.

Participants will attend two breakout sessions in the morning and two breakout sessions in the afternoon. A midday general session will feature a presentation on Google+ by Lynette Young of Purple Stripe Productions. Young has more than 1 million Google Plus connections, ranking her among the most prolific Google+ users in the world.

The closing general session will feature a presentation by New York Times best-selling and multiple Bram Stoker Award-winning author, magazine feature writer, playwright, content creator and writing teacher/lecturer Jonathan Maberry. Maberry will speak on the art of connecting with audiences through a variety of media ranging from books, to comic books to social media. He avidly engages with his readers on Facebook, Twitter and through his own blog.

The SoMeBizLife Conference offers an extraordinary range of speakers on social media for business as well as social media for nonprofit organizations. The six tracks and speakers are:

The Fundamentals of Social Media Track, moderated by Cari Sultanik of Fulcrumtech will include the following speakers in addition to Sultanik: Rod Hughes of Oxford Communications, Donna Serdula of Donna Tech Designs and Jamie Broderick of Network Now.

The Business to Consumer Social Media Track, moderated by Don Lafferty of Mingl Social, will include the following speakers in addition to Lafferty: Jen Cohen of Something Creative and Cecily Kellog of AboutOne.

The Business to Business Social Media Track, moderated by Steve Levine of MSI International, will include the following speakers in addition to Levine: Kara Hinrichs of BrickSimple, Mitch Lapides of Fulcrumtech, Brendan Lowry of Curalate and Matt Levy of Corner Office Coach.

The Social Media for NonProfits Track, moderated by Kim Graziano of At the Table with Kim, will include Karen Graziano of Villanova University, Beth Baker of Deserving D
